During our stay, we were delighted with the hotel's great location. It was just a short walk to the beautiful castle, making it convenient for exploring the Citadel and other nearby tourist attractions. The room was spacious and very clean, with a nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. We also enjoyed the lovely breakfast available at the hotel. The facilities, such as the swimming pool, added to the overall pleasant experience.
We did find the prices in the restaurant to be quite expensive.

Great value for money, especially considering the location near the Castle. Attentive and friendly staff who were accommodating and helpful. Clean rooms with comfortable double beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. Delicious and satisfying breakfast options, including a boiled egg.
Minor improvements needed, but overall everything was fine.

The hotel surprised us by upgrading our room closer to the castle. Perfect location near local attractions and restaurants. Room was clean, if a bit small. Amazing shower with strong water pressure. Friendly staff provided hot drinks while computer was being fixed. Spa and pool looked nice, even though we didn't get to use them due to bad weather. Secure carpark available. Pool next to bar, great on a hot day. Highly recommend the breakfast feast. Our room opened right onto the pool area, very convenient. Minor criticism of limited food options and uncomfortable bed in one bedroom. Conveniently close to a fantastic restaurant and the medieval cité. Perfect for families with young children.
